    Haircuts here are cheap but great quality. They hire highly trained hairdressers and I've never had a bad haircut here.
    Store does close at 5:30 on a few days making it difficult for some to get in after work

    Terrible service, left uneven sides. Then told to wait back in line for it to be fixed.

    So the actual service was really good! The lady cutting my hair was really nice and made small talk. But the haircut wasn't that great. Like, it was a hair cut but it wasn't outstanding. Before I got the cut, I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted. It was layered with a curtain fringe. She cut the layers way too choppy, and you could see a line between layers. I already had a curtain fringe but she kept cutting it, and they ended up as bangs, I was trying to grow them out too! So yeah..

    Bad experience. Visited again today in Casuarina ard 1:55pm, was told to come back 'again' with $5 coupon again. Very disappointed.
    Person before me was allowed . Not sure about the reason.

    Hope they have a good reason. Will not visit the salon again.
