  After getting my purchases I go to the till the person at the till picks up his mobile phone starts talking on it ,just walks off leaving the register empty so I'm standing waiting , no customer service, then he walks back in starts arguing with the manager he's done his hours,. Then when I get served I get short changed 1st time I start to walk off go back my change is not correct , then Thier second go of giving me change I still don't get my correct change then I had to spell it out what I gave what my change should be a quick duck in duck out turns into a 10 minute drama. All this chatter but minimal service to the customer

  Excellent store except the deceptive closing time. I am glad that I found people who experienced the similar issue here. It was once my favourite store but not anymore due to few rude and lazy staff

  Closing store before the mentioned operating hours is normal practice here. I have attended the store 20min before the mentioned closing hours but they had closed the shutter. False misleading representation and deceptive conduct regarding the operating hours. I experienced the similar issue couple of days back.

  Great Customer Service provided by Robbie!
  Friendly and helpful in finding the Whisky I was looking for.
  
  This is a large Store with plenty of room to move around. A huge Coolroom with a great range of chilled Beer available.
  
  There is a good range of Red and White wines with chilled ready to go, including Sparkling Wine.
  A good variety of RTD'S (premixes) and Ciders.
  
  Wheelchair access ♿ is available.

  Alas, there is no button for a Zero scale review, I was there exactly at 9:45 pm but the lady on the counter didn’t let us in which contradicts to the fact they advertise for a 10pm close, that is very unprofessional and lazy to the bone, the higher management should look into this and should cater to the locals for a very least..
  Very disappointing. Please avoid patrons
